Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged during delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- Damage caused after delivery
